Placitas, Bernalillo, Algodones, north Rio Rancho, and the Santa Ana and San Felipe Pueblo areas through each Pueblo's process.
What roofs do you work on?
Flat roofs (spray foam, coatings, TPO, modified bitumen), standing-seam and panel metal, shingle and tile.
Should I repair or replace?
If the roof is mostly sound with a few problems, repair. If it's worn everywhere or leaks keep moving, replace.
How often does a foam roof need recoating?
Every several years, depending on the coating. Check it yearly.
Can you work in high wind?
We schedule around wind, especially for spray foam and coatings.
Can you get to my house on a dirt road?
Usually. We check access during the estimate.
Do you work around solar panels?
Yes, coordinating with your solar company.
Can you help after hail or wind damage?
Yes — inspection, photos and a written estimate. Your insurer decides coverage.
Do you roof casitas, studios and barns?
Yes, separately or together with the house.
Do you handle permits?
