What we believe about roofs up here
Placitas roofs live a tough life: strong sun, real wind, sudden storms and custom designs with lots of joints. A roof that lasts here is one where the details — edges, parapets, canales, skylights — are done carefully.
- Estimates on the roof, not from the driveway.
- Repair when repair will do, replace when it won't — and we'll tell you which.
- Written pricing that spells out materials, removal, deck repair, flashing, canales, permit and cleanup.
- Respect for the property — protected landscaping, magnet sweeps, debris hauled.
